They are lovely, well done you. I like crafting but have never got on with cross stitch. I have a few I started but never finished.
Oh dear anbuma, I'm rather getting the feeling that this is something I'm going to have to try my hand at. It won't ever be as good as yours, you probably have years of wonderful stitching behind you. What joy it must bring you
Foggy x
Lovely. Never really got my head round cross-stitch ,have just rescued a tablecloth and am going to try and encroparate into patchwork when hands start to work again. X
Threads are now in some of the pound shops and are quite good .I'm doing a very large tapestry and I'm using threads to do it instead of wool measures 2 ft x 5 ft
wow that is huge.what is it of?you must post the finished picture.iwould always use known makes of threads as they don't run when washed .I would be dubious using cheaper/foreign threads for fear of colour run but understand if you buy cheaper cos known makes are quite expensive.
Hi pavalo.just viewed a post by kerryjess and wondered if you have finished the tapestry you were doing.could you post a PIC?
These are lovely! Haven't done so much cross stitch lately but planning a. Hummel figure as a present for a friend. Xo
