Standard reply see your GP but could be a type of migraine.
Hello Nicole, I get something similar when I am stressed. But yours may not be the same so I agree with Betty. Always see Your doctor with new symptoms.

Hi there Nicole, I have had a similar feeling several times and I do put it down to the neck and shoulder tension I also have. I'm sure the nerves do have something to do with it all, because they're all linked, but which specifically I'm not sure. I would however recommend that you speak with your GP about this early next week, as what is the cause/case for one person may not be the same for another, also it will help out your mind at rest.
Sending lots of positive healing vibes your way
Foggy x

That can be a symptom of Central Pain Syndrome which shares many attributes of FM. As it localised too it might be worth asking to see a neurologist(?)
So sorry Sweetheart, I know I have neck, shoulder, and lower head tension to the point of tears. I went to a pain clinic after trying to deal with it on my own sent me to rapid care clinic and now I'm on Opana ER and the pain...tension is bearable. Please know you don't have to suffer. Get to a pain clinic asap. Hope this helps!!!! xxxx Mitzi
Sounds a normal day for me and my fibro lv but always check it out with GP x I have back, head and facial massages by a sports injury therapist who is familiar with FMS which helps with tension and spasms x hope this helps x
Hi Nicole1238
I am so sorry to read that you are suffering in this way, and I genuinely hope that you can find some resolution and relief to this issue. It may help to keep a pain diary to present to your GP. Mark the pain from 0 -10, whereby 0 is no pain and 10 is the worst pain imaginable. Next to your numbers write down exactly what is happening for you. In doing this you may also find a pattern to your pain and actions to discuss with your GP?
I want to wish you all the bets of luck with finding the answers that you desire and deserve.
All my hopes and dreams for you
Ken
