Hehehe. Did you hit "send" four times?
Owwwwwww! Puts me in mind of when I had my wisdom tooth out. Hope it feels better soon.
Yeah, this was an impacted wisdom too. He had to leave some in as it had fused with the jaw.
Did you see Sue's article? I've seen this before where people wear strange glasses to mimic various conditions. There's some value to it but it's modified by knowing you will be ok when the experiment is over - not something a blind person can do.
see my reply below.
OUCH
How are you feeling now my friend?

That looks awful! I hope that pain has subsided? The BBC story was quite interesting, I suppose it could give some people an insight? But my life experience has taught me that most folk have very little insight into themselves let alone somebody else?
Take care Mr Badger!

After going onto the not just a game..... Scroll down to the red box that says `more from ouch` Click onto `woman on a mission to make chronic illness suck less`It is about a young woman with fibro and ME.
Interesting, but not sure about barring people from having a moan.
sue
Thanks, that was quite interesting! I use to have a couple of students that did placements at Nottingham Women's Centre, wonder if they know her?
Thanks for that

I saw that headline and pondered but didn't read so I shall go back. Thank you {{{{ Sue }}}}
How are you feeling today?

Hmmmmmmmmmn
I get what the woman is saying but I think she definitely lacks tact and diplomacy!
I found that knowing where and who I could trust was very important during my depressive episodes to a point that when not in a depressive episode I think her place would be the last place I'd consider Especialy knowing now what she has said about mental health!
We're fun and postive and we allow moaning, groaning, crying and then boinging, quackers, quizzes and quirks
I'm moaning again darn it I'll be thrown off soon

Again Sue's good work. Not sure why some of these links wont go up
I've just tested this and it goes. Is this the one you had in mind Mayrose?
Was it on here I saw a post with this idea for a tee shirt slogan.
"I don't look ill? Funny you don't look stupid"
Oh dear, I think I"d say a little more than OUCH!! That looks extremely sore Mr Fenbadger! I sincerely hope it improves for you asap!
Also the pain subsides, as it looks extremely painful too!
Sending you positive, healing, soothing energies your way.
Take Care

It's not as bad as it looks and not bad on the scale of fibro flare either - which is something we can all relate to. The other bloke came off worse, honest.
It was actually quite an enjoyable experience - in so far as it can be. Mind the xray looks like something out of "Alien"

Oh golly, I'm so so sorry, I have been so rude and not remembered you and your battle with the dentist, it looks so sore. I hope you have got really good pain killers on board for that. I am sending huge bundles of healing and soothing thoughts your way.
The BBC article was very interesting indeed, so thank you hugely for putting it up and to sue for her help
