I have often read that some of you have good day's. How often do you have them? as I'm struggling to remember a day gone by in the last three months that I haven't felt pain or extreme tiredness. Is this a normal pattern for fibromyalgia?

What does a good day feel like?
There can still be good days even with pain and fatigue, getting out of bed is a good day on the bad ones it does not happen. Memory fog is good for losing the days that were not so good I use lots of it, well its as good an excuse for forgetting stuff as I need.
Hi missunderstood1
I am so sorry to read that you are having the problem of no good says at all and I genuinely hope that you can find some resolution and relief to this problem. I agree with Ian123 as we can still have good days even with pain and fatigue.
I was wondering if you feel that you are receiving the right medications for you? If not, it may be worth discussing this issue with your GP?
I have pasted you two links below pertaining to Fibro treatments so you can see if you are getting what medications you need? The first is NHS Choices and the second is FibroAction treatment page:

I want to wish you all the best of luck with finding the answers that you need.
All my hopes and dreams for you

I too cannot remember when I last had a 'good day' but I do know if I've had a couple of days complete rest my muscle pain is more bearable. My advice would be to plan your days/weeks activities as best you can to allow rest periods and let your body tell you what it needs. Good luck. X
I agree with Ian123, being able to get out of bed, having a shower and getting dressed is a good day for me. Sometimes this might only last for an hour or too, but at least I did it and I feel more contented with myself when I have. If I actually manage to leave the house, even for a 5 minute drive to the shops, then I am really on a roll.
I never have days without great pain and fatigue - haven't for years - but some days are slightly better than others.
Do hope you have some better ones soon.

Well I guess I'm lucky that I'm still able to get out of bed and go to work. However every day is a challenge and I guess I'm just Fed up of feeling this way.it seems such a long time ago that a part of me hasn't hurt and I do so miss playing with my beautiful grandson but he's a boisterous 2 year old and i just can't keep up any more
Sorry to say my good days are days I rush to be able to get my errands ran or the house cleaned. Sounds like you need to see your doctor and get him or her to send you to a pain clinic. It really makes life more bearable, without it I'd be in a nursing home. Hope this helps sweetheart!!! xxxMitzi
I've had fibro and other conditions for 11 years. This past
year has been extremely diificult.
I had a flare lasting 2months and
still have some pain. Have you
Tried PT? Is it possible more
than fibro is going on? Also some
Flares can last longer than others.
When I'm having a good day I
Feel less tired and can accomplish much more things.
I hope this helps good luck xxox
