I was up extra early as had to be at one hospital at 9.30 and brother was taking me. This was for sleep apnea.. he was a little late and I started to get very stressed even though I got there okay. Brother then picked me up bless him and took me home with little monitor.

Them later a friend said she would walk down to the hospital and sit with me. I left at 2.15 pm... got them for the 3.00 pm appointment... and the nurse was really nice... but I never got seen till 7.40 pm!!! I was so glad she stayed with me. Then I got home and hubby had a row with work... and several other things and I felt like I had been run over even though only have bilateral ankle injections to help with the pain ...

I crawled into bed with wrist machine on and went to sleep and I have lost count how many times I have woke. Up for toilet... headache... a drink and sorry about this but being sick. ( but not the sick where you vomit everywhere just enough that wakes you up sick and then you have a very sore throats and keep coughing..anyone else like that?)

So now again up at 5.30 and thought ahh come on and cheer you all up lol

Happy Wednesday no Tuesday oh happy healing day to you all xx
