Hi there

I had spine surgery last week at a private hospital in Bangkok, Thailand and wanted to share my experience.

I have started a blog detailing my recent operation to correct spinal canal stenosis L4 -5.

I'd be grateful of any feedback you may have.

Cheers

Del

Hi Hamble

Yes I live in Thailand but I am originally from the UK. Recovery is going well. Much better than I expected. Are you in Thailand too.

Hi Spaffy

I sincerely hope that you are recovering and healing well as after your operation? I genuinely hope that you are as pain free as you possibly can be today?

I have read your blog to date, and I like it. They lay out is good and it has all the information a reader needs at hand. The pictures were a little blurry but not too much, but I can imagine it wasn't easy to find what you needed for your blog?

Anyway, I want to wish you all the best and a good recovery.

Hi Spaffy

Have just been back on to have a another read. Not sure if you have made pictures bigger but the first two from left to right look better but the picture far right is very blurry.

I will keep on reading your blogs!
