Can fibro cause rashes that itch and burn?

I sincerely hope that you are feeling as well as you possibly can be today? I am so sorry to read that you are suffering with excess itching and burning, and I genuinely hope that you can find some resolution and relief to this issue.

I have read many posts from members complaining of itching and burning with their Fibro, and I have pasted you two web page links pertaining to Fibro symptoms. They are from FibroAction and NHS Choices, so I hope that you find them useful:

However, I would recommend discussing the issue with your GP as just to rule anything else out and keep your GP up to date with how you are getting on?

Hi Kristymitch,

This may be a long shot but I, too, frequently suffered from this and because it was accompanied by a raised rash/blisters I just presumed it was some kind of allergy. It turned out to be shingles though and I have had this on my feet, my lips and face, side and, currently, left knee and thigh. Don't ignore this itch because Something is causing it. Do get your GP to check it out just in case it requires treatment. Fingers crossed for you that it is something simple and treatable.

Thanks someone told me the same thing.I get brakeouts weekly all over my face and neck i even tried egzma creams nothing works.

Yes, I get little tiny blisters and they itch and burn. My doctor told me to use a wash clothe white and hospital soap and to change out the wash clothe at least every other day. She gave me a cream for it also. Hope this helps!!!
