Hi there I have been feeling "ice cold" most days and even when it s been hot have had to wear a coat.not sure whether it is thyroid or lupus related ,my left foot is always cold(raynauds?-do you have that).have just been diagnosed with Plantar Fascilitis.

Hi thank you for your reply, i do have raynauds, and lupus, and sjrogrens, and fibro, and i am always cold, i suppose we all have to live with these conditions and just take what comes along. x
