I've had my pain management only 28 steroid injections this time instead of 40 and some massive bruises stiff and hurting. On a good note my consultant stated I was doing very well and the massages, swimming and good diet seem to be working. So in 3-4 months I will see ...

Glad that your fitness regime seems to be bearing fruit. You must feel like a pin cushion after the pain management sessions. Hope you carry on improving.x

Yes I hope so too. I can hardly mobilise tonight and I'm going to struggle for the next few weeks. Few days off of the gym won't hurt whilst everything settles. Thank you rose wine xx

I sincerely hope that you are feeling as well as you possibly can be today? I am so delighted to read that your regime is working for you, but I am sorry that you had to have 28 steroid injections.

I will keep my fingers crossed for you that in 3 to 4 months that you have achieved exactly what you wanted to!
