My friend and I were in Asda, the checkout girl was friendly, and very helpful. when my friend thanked her for her help she said to the girl

"Thankyou. Every Little Helps" (think about it :D )

Excellent. It does make a difference to a get a chatty and/or smiling checkout person, rather than one who obviously doesn't want to be there :) xx

I have always believed that customer service is of the utmost importance. A smile is like a penny in a fairground ride it makes the world go round!

not sure I got that right but hey :) smiley Gin

Think you did, but it's a long time since rides were a penny :P Oops, cringes in corner awaiting a slap.

I always thank the store assistant. Most of them are very pleasant and willing to help...with a smile. Yesterday I ventured out to the very large Asda store a few miles away from me. I very rarely go there as it's so big I wouldn't be able to get around without collapsing half way round. So I decided to get one of their mobility buggies!! Oh, I had the time of my life!! My daughter came with me and it was so nice not to have to chivvy her along as I usually do!! I did hit the shelves twice, but, hey, I'm a learner!! I won't be afraid to go there ever again! Oh, and the checkout lady was marvellous....packed my shopping for me...and all with a beautiful smile. She even put my shopping back into the basket on the front of the buggy!!!! XXXX :)
