The photo however is Little Dude our first Russian Steppe Lemming you can see how tiny she was and she would have been about 10 - 12 months old in the picture

Actually she was older than that maybe 1 - 1 1/2 yrs looking at her and the date of the photo.

I love that there is a whole section about fighting over wheels though, haha! You can imagine them, crowded round, rolling up their sleeves, Phil Mitchell style...hee hee

I've seen it for real you'll get them both trying to run in opposite directions which used to make us chuckle. they'd play and dig for hours, loved their big mammy cuddles too

Forgot to say that there are many species of lemming that are all unique and quirky I find. Differing dietary needs and habitat space etc. though all burrowing, I think, Not 100% on that! 
Oh sweeeeeeee I want one or three......gorgeous, not sure what the terriers would make of it though, there could be trouble ahead, but where there's moonlight etc....... hehehe
