To day I decided to change the word cycle.

I like to think of it as we are great at being Fibro surfers, on the sea waves, it made me smile, I hope it brings a smile to all you great surfers out there.

Fibro Waves or surfer I like waves I can wave it goodbye or lets its waves gently be bolstered, the waves are high the waves are low I like it as an acronym what do you think xxgins

Waves reminds me too much of how the symptoms hit in waves. Fibro surfer makes me think of riding on the crest of the wave with hope in my heart and a smile on my face!

My idea would it would make a good book called FibroSurfer. If we all anonymously gave our stories for FibroSurfer No 1 etc, one per page and our recommendations for others after the story. I find it is easier to read snippets with Fibro - reading others stories, how they deal with it and tips to help would be FAB. Would Raise Awareness, help people with Fibro, Proceeds from the book to charity . it would be a good book !
