I thought only kids got squints but apparently older people can too. Looks like this is the explanation for the headaches, eye pain and discomfort and why reading and close work is so difficult, or even watching telly. So probably corrective surgery. I don't think there are many parts of my body left that haven't had something wrong!

Thanks Gins. I have seen two opthalmologists and am due to see a third to discuss surgical options.
Otherwise I'm sort of ok - it is difficult at the moment with one son breaking up with his girlfriend and the other planning his wedding. But my husband is around more now he is semi- retired. So it's good to have his support.
Hope you're doing ok. X
Dried flowers sound great and they will last forever. Problems with arrangements for the wedding next September are already starting. The bride to be has chosen a venue for which there are so many drawbacks I don't know where to start. Both us and her mother are trying to talk her out of it but I am so exhausted at the moment that I am staying out of it. Suspect son is too. Happy days!!
