Where I'd rather be right now.......

This is where I think of whenever I need peaceful thoughts. Thinking of here helps me when I can't sleep & where I go to when I meditate. One day I will live by the sea. One day, when I retire, hopefully, I will be living nearer to this gorgeous beach in Cornwall. One day, Cornwall will not be just a place for holidays, it will be a place to live. One day, one day......

Ooh the sea for me every time! Past relatives were cornish and i have such a longing to be beside the seaside! Have we had a `trip` to the seaside, mayb i missed it!

Hey! wildwoman, it's me again! call me boing! instead :D

special privilege just for you ;)

No we haven't had a trip as such to the seaside but we did have 'beach fun' as part of the World Cruise the other week. We have a virtual trip to Blackpool coming up to see the illuminations as a few peeps have requested that but the next virtual trip will be to the health and beauty parlour first so we can relax and unwind before the virtual coach trip to Blackpool :)

There is usually a post that goes up sometime in the day before the trips to help rally people together ;)

Hey boring (not), can i use seb instead? The unmentionable letter is stuck because basically i`m a dirty bat! - my s and x keys are sitting on the table in my studio, but they still work, and the other one i suspect is just stuck. My laptop goes in and out of the studio during the day i use it for reference, and its really too near coffee, paint, glue and... tut tut, fag ash! ssssh don`t tell anyone. Looking forward to blackpool! with love and pain free eveningxxxx

I never thought of that! My days in the studio I didn't have a laptop just a pc at home, but everything else used to get covered in plaster and clay so can fully understand :)

Seb it is ;) tho not to be confused with Lord Coe of course! I have his autograph from some time in the 1980's!

I`ve just posted that admin has given us a craft corner, if you feel like posting anything in there.... your lordship! xx

Hi Julie I came across a picture just like this when I was looking on-line this morning for relaxation imagery and or seaside fun...................... how weird!

It was also very nearly this weeks relaxation picture too................ doubly weird!!

That aside its gorgeous isn't it the way it draws you in. I holidayed a lot in Cornwall and Devon as a child and love both counties. See for me it would be to sit on the grass at the top of the Cliffside nr Weymouth where I can stare out and over to Chesil Beach with a picnic and good friends and family for company. So anywhere around there for me would be very nice.

Hi All, there's plenty of room on the beach for everyone, when the tide goes out, there's a hidden beach around the rocks that has soft golden sand. My hubby took me there for our first holiday together & so it has special memories for us. The kids have grown up going on holidays there each year - we never want to go anywhere else except Cornwall.

Anyway, who's hogging all the curly wurlys?! If you don't share them with me, I won't get you a cream tea in the tea room at the top of the cliff!!
