Menopausev fibromyalgia

Hi all i have now been told that i am going through early menopause

Can anyone help me on how to cope with this, with fibro n arthritis etc please, it is making me abit grouchy and sometimes tearful would be really grateful if someone could help me as noone seems to understand.

I think just one out of three would make you grouchy but all three would feel worse, hormones are funny things x

fibro and arthritis can make you depressed.. suggest you go to dr and tell them how you are feeling x

Hi I'm going through the same thing I had a hysterectomy 10 years ago and I am only 46 now, started having hot flushes and night sweats so now im on HRT aswell as my meds for FIBRO. I feel fed up!!!! But at least you can come on here and have a moan to people who understand. Hope you feel better soon, I'M always here if you want to chat.

Hi I'm 45 going through menopause have fibro and pernicious anemia and just been diagnosed with high blood pressure I got coil in and was supposed to be getting an estrogen tab but now I'm on medication for bp I can't get anything else I've also got chest pain back pain spondylitis in neck the hot flushes and night sweats r murder but your doc can help u u just need to ask my doc is very sympathetic as well just want menopause to go away my sisters lasted 7 years lol I know how u feel xx
