i wasn't nervous i just took it in my stride being an old hand and all that, anyway folks there were 2 male judges if that's what you call them, they were very nice they asked me questions on my condition to which i answered, the best part was that i did all the talking about my difficulties and so-on,i think what nipped it in the bud was my toilet issues, having a weak bladder and bowel faults.needless to say i won the case for 2 years, iwas so happy i cried,so please don't give up keep battling and appealing.i am now very satisfied and trouble free,i haven't been well all day don't know if it was excitement.i have been on this site so many times airing my plight, in all this merry go round, please keep on fighting for your corner it will come, the very best of luck.jacksiex

hi gilly,i know the pressure you are under to win these benefits,we all know that our bodies don't belong to us once diagnosed with "fibro",our bodies change hourly and daily that's why we need the benefits to leave us alone so we can cope with our quick changes of mind and body.keep plugging away don't let them win,we all need to put "fibro"on the map.i do honestly wish you all the best.jacksiex

hi molly thankyou,i do wish i could sprinkle some magic down the computor and give everyone what they rightly deserve, but i do believe the higher tier you go the more proffessional they are.i'm not sure but that was the impression i got.they let me explain thoroughly what i was suffering with and trying to come to terms with daily life.they understood completely,i couldn't of wished for a better tribunal,by the time i got there and amount of times i was very calm and explained myself well without the "fibro"fog.jacksiex
