sex and Fibro dont seem to go together, or is that just me being me???? HELP

i love my partner but hate the idea of sex as its knackering and also upsets my back. he is very understanding and we find other ways of giving and recieving but ACTUAL SEX sets off flare ups. anyone got any tips,hints,stories to share?

hi Cherrypie ihave found that this is what happend to me. I hurt too much for full physical contact so to speak. I know it's not what you want to hear remember this is only my story. Full sex also sets a flare up but at the time the...ENDORFIN release is amazing!!!

I spent a "cozy" afternoon in bed with my partner yesterday and omg do I know about it now. Its always the same but I love him dearly and still fancy the pants off him, lol, so I refuse to give up that side of our relationship. Lucky for me(not him) he had to have a hernia op last Nov so no gymnastics are expected and its not as often as before but selfishly thats good for me I still really enjoy it at the time and its so worth it, but wow do I pay for it afterwards!
