Is Aloe Vera juice good for FM?

A friend has told me that drinking aloe vera juice has really been helpful for her FM, has anyone else tried aloe and are the benefits worth the expence ?

I'm not surprised Jules, it's a great natural colon cleanser!! Personally, I tried the liquid version once and gave it up as it didn't seem to have any effect, I would waste my money on it again. However, like everything else, different things suit different people and have different effects. I don't think it will do you any harm. Unless you have any kind of bowel condition, as it may provoke a flare.

I did the trial for Aloe juice in IBs It made me so bad I cannot go near it.
