pedometers

Following on from my question yesterday about Graded Exercise Therapy, I am meant to be keeping account of my steps. I am finding it hard to monitor this as the pedometer I'm using does not seem very accurate...any ideas? I am also trying to keep a diary of what I do as abck up x

With most pedometers you have to measure the average length of your normal stride. Unless you do this the distance measurement will be inaccurate.

Hi Jilly, have tried to adjust it and when I check it over a small distance it is fine, it's when I do slightly longer distances it seems to under or over count, nut thank you for replying x
