CONFUSED WITH ESA

Received letter today to say I am not entitled to ESA.

I am going to appeal.In the meantime while the appeal is going on do I have to make a claim for Job seekers allowance?

SO SO CONFUSED!!!!!!

No you don't have to sign on. Until you get your appeal in, they will stop payments. As soon as they receive the appeal - if they accept it as a genuine appeal they should re-instate your money. You will have to continue sending sick notes from the doctor until your appeal is heard. There is lots of info on various sites to help you including fibro website.
