Rehabilitation Centre

hi every one i was in pain management today . the Dr who i saw today he was nice to me he asked lots of question about my pain and depression while i was talking to him i was crying i asked him for injection but he said injection can be worked six months .and said he would send me for rehabilitation at lees for one year.

is any one has any experience about that center?

Hi all , my dr is sending me to rehabilitation centre for physio in the pool !! It's one to one and its a six week coarse !!! I've had fibro for 14yrs and this is first time I've been offered this

About six years ago I went on a three month coarse one afternoon a week for cognitive therapy that was really good it taught me loads !!!! The main thing being not to be too hard on myself !!!!!!? I understand so much more about my illness BUT that doesn't change the pain I'm in !!!!! It's taught me to manage it a little better

Good luck I hope you get as much out of the experience as you need , be open minded and you should benefit !!!!!
