Hi there you don't say what meds if any you are on
I don't know if it does indeed work but many people suggest putting a bar of soap in the bed .. Sounds weird .. But some people have obviously tried it and it must work to some degree for them to post it for restless legs
Re sleep I think all of us have been there.. But myself after 21 years the last two years have been great I take 75 mg dosulepin at 10pm along with 0.5 mg of clonezapam and I sleep for 7 hours every night... These obviously may not work for you but there are meds out there that will work for you if you find the right combination , that's the trouble with fibro it is a lot of trial and error
Hi there I'm on Gabapentin for restless legs, also for the frayed nerve endings which go with fibro , I'm also on tramadol and cocodamol but I was given gabapebtin first, ten others added as te fibro has gotten worse, u I do know hat it's like to have a rough night with restless legs drives u mad, the the othe tablet I tae is magnesium-B but that my decision although the doc does know hope u find some relief, I also find tat sometimes your diet can affect u, if I eat meat I have a terrible night sorry didnt mean to go on hope unget some relief gentle hugs ..Dee xx
I had an awful night last night. I don't sleep well most nights, but last night was pretty horrific. Awful nightmares! I was awake every 2 hours and felt terrible when I finally dragged myself out of bed this morning. I don't take sleeping tablets, I'm a bit worried how they will affect me in the mornings. Tried amitryptilene some years ago but I felt like my head was nailed to the pillow the next morning, came downstairs and promptly fell asleep in the chair! And that was only 5mg!! XX
