Having been left without any ESA since I failed the ATOS medical, they have just informed me I am to be paid at the assessment rate which is better than nothing, and it will be backdated. They are still looking at my appeal so I am hoping that will go in my favour as well.
Gawd blessh Mr IDS and his bunch of merry cutfroats, may he burn in hell for all eternity.

Glad you are getting something at least until your appeal goes through
The biggest worry for me VG was the rent, now that I am back on ESA, that ensures HB will be paid. They better not send me to tribunal again, I am in the mood to rip them to pieces.
You don't know the half of it Moffy, I am on cloud 9 right now. Ze blond barmaid mit ze big boobies does not know I exist, which is just as well, a session with a woman of that caliber could kill me, but what a way to go.
Blonde barmaids apart, I really think you should get in touch with the media - it's all very current at the moment, and the more publicity these b*stards get, the more likely they are to be sent packing.
There have been too many suicides already. Not since Victorian times has poverty attracted a virtual death penalty!
It would be very easy for me to show them up if I send my tribunal judgement letters to the media. A couple of judges slated the DWP for wasting the tribunals time, and could not understand why the DWP failed to make the correct decision based on more than sufficient evidence, and evidence from their own ATOS GP.
I have thought about it, the problem with journalists is, they like to interview and take photo's of people before publishing a story. I have got to consider if I need that type of publicity, if I can remain anonymous, then I will contact the media.
I'm quite sure they would respect your anonymity - journalists always protect their source. Go for it if you possibly can. The Daily Express is a good one - they have a reputation for being a tabloid rag, but they do some good investigative journalism - ditto the Independent.
