Maybe you've picked up a virus on top of the fibro, Tabitha - it does happen! Stay warm in bed and drink plenty of fluids, and you will hopefully feel easier tomorrow.

Yes my son and I picked up a lovely virus ... My son is having trouble shifting it ... I have recovered and of course my OH sailed on oblivious to any germs .....

HI, i HAVE JUST JOINED THIS SITE, AND BEEN SO INTERESTED IN THE COMMENTS , LIKE YOU,i HAD A VERY BAD DAY YESTERDAY, AND STAYED IN BED ALL DAY, [ VERY UNLIKE ME, i WONT GIVE IN NORMALLY ] HOWEVER, TODAY i`M NOT SO TIRED, SO THAT IS A BONUS, AND i WILL GET UP AND GET GOING AGAIN. KEEP A POSITIVE ATTITUDE, [ i KNOW THAT`S DIFFICULT ], DO WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO EACH DAY, FOR YOU, AND IGNORE PEOPLES REACTION TO THE FACT YOU ARE NOT LIKE YOU USED TO BE, THEY DON`T KNOW WHAT IT IS LIKE TO LIVE WITH FIBRO EVERY DAY. THE TROUBLE WITH ILLNESS, IS, THAT YOU LOOK PERFECTLY OK MOST OF THE TIME, AND PEOPLE DON`T REALIZE , YOU ARE NOT, SO, CHIN UP, AND KEEP GOING.
