Has anyone tried risperidone

Hello all,

We are looking for advice on risperidone to treat depression has anyone tried it and if so did it help any of your views would be great.

I have looked after patients being treated with Risperidone, and they all seemed to do very well. They were all a bit 'dozy' for a week or two, but once that wore off they did great.

It does give you a good appetite, so make sure you eat healthy meals, plenty of fruit and veg etc., and try not to eat sweets and junk food. In this way you should be able to avoid the weight gain associated with all of these medicines.
