How do you get rid of really bad dizziness?

Ive just got over pneumonia but am extremely dizzy i feel like im going to pass out.

My eyes hurt too didnt know if there is anything i could take from the chemist?

Please help if you can thankyou xx

Hi Mystique,

I don't think you should take anything from the chemist!

It's normal to feel a little weak and faint after a major infection, but if the dizziness is severe you need to see your GP urgently. Together with the painful eyes, this could be anything from an ear infection to the onset of meningitis.

Please seek medical advice urgently, and I hope you feel better soon!

Hi i have been having dizzy spells and really bad headaches i went to docs this week had blood pressure taken that was ok thriyrod was from bloods the other week thats ok have got to go have some more bloods done again this monday full blood count checking for other things so i would go to your doc and try and get it sorted xxxx

Hi - bit late answering , but have you tried the anti - sea sickness wrist bands ? they helped when I had bppv/labyrinthitis ...

Also maybe the Brandt-Daroff simple exercises helped ...

Both non-pharmacological so worth a go
