low progesterone fresh embryo transfer

Hi all,

I have just had my first failed transfer which was fresh. I had a call the day after my transfer was really low - 49 and they needed it to be above 100. I was already on cyclogest twice per day and Lubion subcutaneous twice a day. The consultant said it was low as my endo makes me resistant to progesterone and I should have had a really high result as I had 21 eggs collected 5 days before.

Has anyone else had this problem with endo and how could I improve this going into any next frozen embryo transfers ?

Thanks so much 🙏

I have no experience with this. I am so sorry to read this. My clinic gives Utrogestan vaginal 200mg 1 in the morning and 2 in the evening and Duphaston (Dydrogesterone) 10mg three times a day as a standard for fresh transfers. Progesterone is not tested because they say it is released in pulses and a measurement is unreliable. Best wishes
