I had my fresh embryo transfer and have been taking cyclogest since egg collection. I have been told to do a test 14 days following egg transfer. Do you think day 1 is the day of the transfer of do I count the next day as day 1? So if the transfer was Thurs 28 Jan, should I test Wed 10 Feb or Thurs 11 Feb? I only want to do one test - I can't bear the roller coaster of testing early finding it is negative then testing again in case it was too early etc! Thanks for your help.

Transfer day is classed as day 0. Day 1 is the day following your transfer. Good luck x
I was told day 1 is the day of the transfer.
I also was told day of transfer is day 0, and next day is 1 day past. I was asked to test 9 days past, it's the earliest hcg can be detected on a test. Good luck x
The hospital I attend if you have your transfer on the 28th you should test on the 10th. Good luck xx
I understand day 1 is the next day.
