Seems bloating & discomfort are very common side effects of using cyclogest pessaries Make sure drinking plenty of fluids to stop constipation To relieve bloating try lying flat - draw knees up and gently rock from side to side If discomfort /bloating increases might be an idea to call your clinic for advice

Take care

Sorry that you’re suffering from the pessaries. Drinking lots of water. Have you tried a peppermint tea? I find that can help sometimes. And also going for a walk if you feel up to it. Those are my usual 3 things. Hope the pain eases soon xx

I’m absolutely experiencing the same thing and having had replied and looked at other posts on here… it appears to be very common. I’m only 3 days post egg retrieval and it’d only very slightly done down x

Hi. Yes, this happens with progesterone. Make sure you drink lots of water to produces lots of clear urine. Avoid constipation. Hope all goes well. Diane

Peppermint tea really helps with the gas and bloating as others have said keep mobile and keep hydrated. It sucks though if you’re badly affected by it. Are they checking your progesterone level?
