I start my IVF round 2 in about less then 2 weeks time! It will be my 2nd FET. This time frozen. We have a little embryo which has been frozen since May, when I had my first FET but unsuccessfully unfortunately. This time my progesterone has been maximized (tablet AND injections) as I felt my progesterone was too low before. Any advice, tips or suggestions for anything I can be doing right now to help the chances of success this time around? I am on wild nutrition fertility supplements and take omega 3 daily. I also drink fertility tea daily and have cut down sugar and unhealthy foods… any advice appreciated x

your wee embryo is made so not much you can do now but relax and do things that make you happy. If it’s gonna stick it’s gonna stick in my experience 🤗💜 good luck! Xx
I’m getting ready for my second transfer (first FET) which I think will be next week. I’ve stopped caffeine and taking Brazil nuts, Pom juice and Beet juice to help my lining as I’m on a natural modified protocol. I’m trying to get walks in during the day and will continue after transfer as well as watching uplifting tv. Last transfer I barely moved and was too in my head. Good luck x
Aww I wish you the best of luck for your FET x I hope it’s successful for you. I was the same, with my first transfer I was in my head a lot and barely moving around. I was totally paranoid, but this time around I am going to just go about as normal. Not be bed bound as that’s not what we are supposed to do xx I pray it works out for you and thanks for reminding me of the Pom and beetroot juice I will start making that from today! ♥️
Just saw this and thought I'd reply because you haven't had the transfer yet. Once you have the transfer, you are PUPO- pregnant until proven otherwise. I'm sure they'll give you advice on foods to eat and avoid. In my experience I'd say stop taking fertility tea during that 2 week wait. You can have other herbal tea but check what's suitable for pregnancy. Do thing you enjoy to relieve stress and keep moving! I would also recommend going for acupuncture before or after your transfer. I find it relaxing especially if you go to someone who understands fertility. Are you in London?
Hi lovely thank you for your message x I am in Cardiff, not London xx I have been looking into acupuncture and will be doing that for sure! My transfer will be in January and I definitely plan to keep active this time as it failed the first time and during that 2 week wait, I probably stressed a bit too and didn’t do much in terms of “movement”. It’s different the 2nd time around. I feel numb to it all but at least I know more what to expect then the first time xx are you having a transfer also?
