It's illegal to give another person your prescription meds. She needs to contact her clinic, they can get her an emergency prescription.

Her clinic can provide this. If she isn't under a clinic or in treatment then she won't be allowed to have progesterone as it's prescription only, but could go to her GP and speak with them, and they may prescribe it of appropriate.
