AMH <0.2 and Endo

I have stage 4 deep infiltrating endometriosis and am awaiting surgery.

Prior to the surgery I need to go on Zoladex for up to 3 months which will induce a menopausal state.

As I am 41, have never been pregnant, and would have liked a child I have just done an AMH test to see if this is something that would be likely for me.

My result has come back as <0.2 which I understand to be incredibly low. Has anyone been through similar, or had an AMH level this low and successful IVF?

Appreciate anyone else’s experience of this x

Thanks so much for replying! I am so sorry that you have had an unsuccessful cycle, but I’m glad that you managed to retrieve 2 which must give you hope for December ❤️

Hi. This is not good news, but I feel you need to get yourself in the best condition you can and check again, they may be able to get one or two eggs put with stimulation, on a few occasions it has been possible. Might have to resort to using an egg donor.. Thinking of you. Diane

Thanks for replying Diane.

My endo consultant mentioned donor eggs a few weeks back and so now I am trying to scope my options before they prep me for my surgery. My understanding of it is that my recovery will be 6 months and so in that time I’d imagine my AMH will only continue to fall so I feel that my options may be limited.

Am aiming to see a fertility consultant over the next couple of weeks to hopefully have some idea of where I stand with follicles (have forgotten the name of the test/ultrasound) x

Not true all bullshit about amh levels. Lots of prayers thou.
