I've had AMH result today which was 2.6. My first reading which was August 2017 was 4.9. When we went private my 2nd reading was 7 and most recent nhs reading today is 2.6. How accurate are these reading? I know all 3 are very low but why was the 2nd higher? Or are they just a general guide?
Has anyone on here had a pregnancy with this amh level?
Thanks

There are two places in the UK where they test amh. My clinic doesn't like the one in England and sends theirs to the one in Scotland as they say its more reliable. Could that be the reason for the difference?
Almost 5 years ago when we went through first cycle they done my AMH level and was 15.7 . 3 years ago I went through 2nd cycle but don’t know what was my AMH level . I’m 39 this year so after taking blood my AMH level drop to 5.7 . Doctor recommended to go through fresh then use the one frostie we have . My clinic do this I believe standard test so they have more clear what to do next . If yours in August was 4.9 and 2day was 2.6 that will make sense that did drop. I cannot explain why in privet they say 7 maybe is worth to ask about and see blood test results. Xx
