Serum progesterone levels , FET today

Feeling extremely scared and anxious. It’s my first FET today. I had my serum progesterone level tested on Monday, my results were 69nmol/l , as the result is less than 100nmol/l. My clinic upped my Lublin injections to two last night and one this morning. I’m also using cyclogest three times a day and progynova 2mg. My worry is what are my chances of this working? has anyone else been in the same situation with positive results?

my clinic says over 45 is perfect, so they would have been very happy with 69! Mine was only 31 for my last FET and it was still successful x
