Hi everyone ☺️ this is my first post here, I’m so glad I have found this forum to connect with people who are going through similar things, what a fantastic community 🩷
I am 35 yrs old and have a very low AMH of 2.9. Last week I had egg retrieval and despite having a good number of follicles for my AMH, sadly we only got one egg at egg collection. But they do say all it takes is one egg!
The good news is this fertilised and I had a day 2 embryo transfer (this was last Friday). This was a high grade embryo as well 🙂
This week I have had some pains (almost like period cramping) and also heavy boobs. Is this normal?
I am taking progesterone pessaries x2 a day and x1 Lubion injection.
I haven’t been able to find much online about the process after an earlier transfer so wondered if anyone else here has had a day 2 embryo transfer and how you felt?
It’s hard not to overthink symptoms!
Thanks 😊

Thank you for your reply and congratulations ✨ it’s so hard as everything I’ve read says that pregnancy symptoms can be similar to period symptoms. My husband feels upset already but we can’t test until a week today and I’ve told him these symptoms might be a good sign and to not lose hope just yet. Hoping and praying this little embryo sticks around 😊
I was exactly the same I thought my period was coming but it didn’t and I tested on day 10 at home it was positive and then hcg blood test confirmed on day 13 after ET. It is so hard not to think the worst. Just try keep busy for the next week🩷
Thank you I’ve been suffering with headaches a lot as well which again I’ve read can be either a positive or negative sign so feel like I’m just driving myself crazy with symptoms!
We are at a friends wedding this weekend so that will help to take our minds off it 😊
Congratulations on your transfer I have all my fingers and toes crossed for you! It’s so hard not to over think things, the progesterone will give you all these side effects, so you really can’t tell until you test… am hoping this is positive for you xx
