I had egg retrieval Friday . 5 eggs, 3 fertilised.
Today I had a 3 day transfer of two eggs. The other one is a bit slow, they’ll keep an eye on it for now. Not likely but possible it could be frozen if it catches up.
So I’m now offically in the 2WW , I’ve been here before so I’m very aware of the heartache that could be ahead but I’m very hopeful. They told me the eggs are good quality 3 day and much better than the last transfer I had. Trying to be super positive.
I’m still taking progesterone (lubion) injections once a day and cyclogest am and pm.
Any tips going forward to help implantation as in what I should and should not be doing, eating etc .
Also the progesterone injections in my tummy are so sore, do they get an better, I’m only on day 3 🙈
Wishing everyone so much luck at whatever stage you are currently at. Fingers crossed for us all
Xx

I carried on as normal in my 2WW, with cleaning, cooking, decorating etc, tried not to lift anything too heavy.
We have a good diet anyway, all home cooked with no processed meals.
I had the prontogest injections, which are injected into the muscle in your backside. They only started to become sore towards the end, so after my 12 week scan I was on them another week weaning off.
Apparently there are some gels/creams you can buy to put on the injection site to numb it slightly so you might find that helps
Hello, thank you very much. The injection aren’t too bad when I’m injecting, it’s about an hour afterwards and the next day. I’m going to try my leg this evening to jazz it up a bit 🙈
If you can inject in other places, my clinic said to alternate- unfortunately with prontogest you have limited places on each backside, so you just alternate them
Aw great to hear you have 2 embies on board , pineapple cord meant to be good and pomegranate juice. I’m still walking, doing housework just a bit more steadily mainly just abounding anything heavy and taking tests as I feel I need them but they say movement helps blood flow to the wind which is also meant to help with implantation - wishing you so much luck x
Hi Luna, thanks . I’m fully stocked on pineapple 🤗 I’ll take it easy today, mainly because I didn’t really sleep last night!! But I’ll go for walk everyday. What day is your test day? X
Ah that’s good, I think the main thing is listen to your body. Rest when you need to and keep yourself busy doing nice things 💕 I’ll keep everything crossed for you. Test day is Saturday 🤞🙏🏻🤞 x
Hi! I got 2 embryos transferred today! Mine are day 5s though. First double transfer I've had so I'm very excited and hopeful they are going to stick together and keep growing. Fingers crossed we get our BFP this time! 💪💪💪 My test day is the 11th, when is yours? Xx
Yay! So exciting! I'm feeling good so far, had a bit of a backache earlier today but that's about it. I'm trying not to overthink it! How are you? When is your OTD? Xx
Im ok thanks. I was really bloated and tender since egg retrieval but today nothing at all. I don’t want to feel that way but trying not to worry that I’ve no symptoms 🙈 you? X
I'm feeling OK! Mine is a frozen transfer so no egg collection pain or such. Don't worry about not feeling any symptoms yet! They wouldn't mean anything anyway!! (I had all the symptoms before (apart from bleeding), cramps, twinges, extra bloating, some back pain, maybe even some nausea, but it was a BFN!) It's impossible to tell if it is the drugs or the implantation! And even if it does try to implant and gives off symptoms it doesn't mean it will stick!! And other (actually most) people have zero symptoms and get BFP! So try not to worry! It's a good thing your body is settling down from the egg collection so you can be calm and hope the little embryo implants! It's absolutely fine to have no symptoms! Enjoy being PUPO though! Pregnant until proven otherwise!!!
Hiya!! Just checking how everyone is doing?!! Test day tomorrow and I'm going absolutely crazy!!! I haven't really had many symptoms this time around other than backache most days and a few twinges on days 3-7. I'm freaking out! Normally I get cramps, mostly in the evenings but this time nothing, although all I've had so far is BFNs and MC so I guess it's better this way! I've been super tempted to test early but then I don't want to burst the bubble, I'm so worried I'm getting my hopes up and it's going to be another disappointment tomorrow morning 😓
Hi , freaking out would be an understatement. I’m checking my underwear on average of 3 times an hour every hour 🙈I’ve had no symptoms at all this time. My tummy is the flattest it’s ever been , not much appetite. My back has had the usual sensation I normally get before my period the last few days, at it’s strongest today. Really feels like I’m getting my period.
Had a tiny bit of spotting yesterday morning but nothing since. Really feel it’s not worked but trying to stay hopeful.
My period was actually due 6 days ago, is this a good sign or the progesterone and lubion delay it regardless?
What time are you testing tomorrow? I think I’ll drink a gallon of water before bed abs be up at 5 to test (that’s of please god I don’t bleed today )
I have never bled while on lubion. Not even when I had my missed miscarriage. I had to stop the lubion injections for the miscarriage to physically start. That's why no bleeding for me isn't really a sign.
My husband leaves for work at 7.15 so I might try to get up and test before he goes, although I'm not really a morning person so I doubt he'll wake me up, bless him 😂😂😂
I'm sooo nervous!!! Fingers crossed with both get our BFP in the morning!! Xx
I did bleed on it the last time. I’m just grasping at straws to be positive 🙈I’m the same, desperate to test but at the same time so nervous of getting a negative outcome also . Good luck tomorrow. Fingers crossed 🤞🤞🤞
