So finally good news with different stims and without priming.

Hello Ladies,

It's the first time I could write something positive. I have very low amh 36 years old. Previously primed with Merional pill for 2 weeks and 450 menopur which was a disaster. Follicles didn't grow and only had 1 follicle max 2.

Now I decided I wanna ditch the priming and 4 follicles showed at day 3. I was the 5 first days on 150 clomid and 150 pergoveris and after 5 days they measured between 12mm - 14 mm and 4 or 5 follicles.

So protocol definatley made a difference for me. Priming is not for everyone.

hi i also have lowAMH and was a poor responder to IVF. did you have any mild stimulation? i was on 225 merifort and 225iu Fostimon, plust clomid for 5 days. i only had one follicle. doc said they would only try with me one more time.

Hi Rumi, I was stimulated from day 3 with clomid 150 and pergoveris 150. So it's normal stimulation. Did they put you on estrogen priming before?

no i was on northistersone and progynova. once my period came i was on clomid pilss and a mild stimulation process. injecting every other day.they stopped my cycle day 14 before they even allowed my follicle to mature. my amh is 2.56

I also think that priming is a waste of time. The only time when I primed, my cycle was cancelled...

Yes totally agree. It was a cycle waste and waste of time.
