Hi All , last year I had excision surgery for my endometriosis and I'm on Dienogest tablet from past 7months and I'm planning for FET and this is my first IVF cycle and I'm feeling nervous. Can anyone explain what is the procedure for FET and any tips to follow for successful implantation.Thanks in advance.

hey- don’t be nervous it will be fine 🤗 you say this is your first IVF round have you already had the egg collection and the embryos were frozen for the FET or have you still to do that part? I’m only asking as the advice for egg collection prep is very different from FET.
If the embryo is already made and you are going for a FET soon to have it transferred back all you need is folic acid and vitamin D as you will have done the head part already so just relax and enjoy it as much as you can xx

Hi.. there is a medicated method and often used is a transfer on a natural cycle. Tecaieswill jump on here with their experiences. Drink plenty of water and avoid c constipation
. Don’t forget the pineapple core to help with blppd circulation and prevent clot formation. All the best. Diane
