Don't worry, take it ease. Allow body to react for the FET, nothing much we can do. I pray that you gwar good news!

my FET is Tuesday as well, I’d say make sure you have lots to keep you relaxed in preparation, healthy warm foods, enough water on the day. Make sure not to use scented things on the day of either. Good luck c

My FET is Thursday. Try to keep busy; have some gentle walks, lots of TV. Try not to google every symptom. Drink at least 2 litres of water a day.

This will be 7th FET and I still haven’t mastered not being able to think about it most hours of the day 😬 but I try and do the above.

Wishing you all the best. X

If anything try and be more positive. The fact that you have got to the stage of having a FET is fantastic. On the day of my transfer, straight afterwards I walked out of the clinic with my partner (Harley Street), to a nearby eatery for a lovely breakfast. But prior to that I got a funny taste in my mouth (just momentarily) as if I had just sucked on a penny! That happened with all of my transfers too! So as the embryologist said to me you will be classed as pregnant until proven otherwise! Good luck x

sending you loads of love and hope for you. I’m due to have my 3rd transfer in the next 10 days or so + still panic!

The transfer itself it’s pretty much painless so don’t worry about the procedure. I find smear tests worse! X

In addition to what others have said re: healthy diet (I went for Mediterranean diet, greek yoghurt with honey and walnuts etc), get yourself a pair of lucky socks and have some tasty fries with protein-rich food after the transfer. Many people recommend MacDonalds fries, I went for Nando's chicken and fries after my second FET, which turned out to be successful. Very best of luck :)

Purchased some nice woolly socks this weekend, thanks for recommendation on food. Mc Donald’s it may be. Thank you. X

I drank pomegranate juice, read books, listen to fertility meditation on youtube (kendal) and on the insider timer app, walked 20-30 mins to keep active and watched horror movies to keep myself occupied. 🙂

I had a positive pregnancy result on my blood test (29 of march) after a frozen transfer (19 of march). Right now I'm waiting for my scan next monday. They upped my progesterone cuz I had some bleeding last saturday :( Thankfully it was only in the morning, it was one hour after my pessarie and it lasted like half an hour, it wasn't much. They told me the only thing they could do right now was up my medication and to wait for my scan. They told me to take it easy these days.

So right now I feel anxious.

Yes take it easy and do all those meditations that you keep telling us all to do 😊. The bleeding sounds like it was from that pessary. I really hope your scan goes well, are doing anything this week to keep yourself busy? Xx
