letrozole- no dominant follicle.

hello, I’ve just had my first round of letrozole on 2.5mg OD as I was told I have a high amh (67). Also have lean PCOS.

I had a scan yesterday on day 12 and no dominant follicle. Largest one they could see was 10.2mm. Have been told to have sex and not do ovulation sticks because of it causing stress. No re-scan advised but a day 21 progesterone test. Wondering whether anyone has had a similar situation and ended up conceiving? I usually ovulate around day 18/19 on 32 day cycle.

thanks in advance x
