how soon is your next FET after a failed one?

hi ! For those who has more than one FET, how soon did you all transfer again after a failed one? Is there an optimal period of rest after a failed one?

we had our fresh transfer 17th April and our first frozen 20th August. We were advised to have at least one proper bleed before we started again. So we have the bleed from the (chemical) transfer then had a period the month after and then started on the next one x

You can normally go again from your next natural period. I had success on a FET the month after an early loss on a fresh transfer. I also got pregnant naturally straight after a BFN on a FET so it must also be possible to go again immediately but I think most clinics like you to have at least the withdrawal bleed then start from the next natural period. The NHS tends to ask for more time in between but I think that's more about scheduling than anything else.
