Taking clexane few days after bfp

Hello,

I recently found out I'm pregnant, but I've had 3 miscarriages last year and found I have a blood clotting condition after the tests following 3rd miscarriage. I just did my first injection on dpo 13, after faint positive on dpo 9. I hope it's ok to start it after few days, it took some time to get the prescription and the injections. Has anyone had success after starting clexane later? (I feel like few days shouldn't matter! But still worried)

Also Dr prescribed 40 mg per day. I have lupus anticoagulant and PAI-1 hom. If anyone could share their dose, that would be helpful.

Now I'm just keeping everything crossed that the embryo is normal, healthy and all goes ok.

I was also on 40mg clexane until 12 weeks. I had a midwife appt a few days after I stopped and she’s put me on 150mg aspirin.

I'm on both 150 mg aspirin and 40 mg clexane. My understanding is they target slightly different blood clotting issues? A bit confusing but carrying on with both as recommended by the doctor

I was on 40mg per day for my last 3 transfers 1 chemical, 1 miscarriage at 9 weeks and one negative). Was also on aspirin each time.

I was in 40mg until week 14 and baby Asprin… I will continue on the Asprin until week 36. X
