BFN on OTD and then BFP a few days later?

Just wondering, is it possible to have a BFN on your OTD and then a BFP a few days later? I'm not quite at my OTD yet but was just wondering if anyone has experienced this before. Thanks

Hello! I don’t have experience of that myself but my clinic has advised me to test again after a couple of days if it is negative OTD so it must happen. Fingers crossed for you xx

Lots of clinics ask to you test different days. Some say 10dp5dt, others 12dp5dt and my old NHS clinic was 14dp5dt. My clinic abroad says urine test on 12dp5dt but if negative then to carry on and re-test on day 14 and this must be for good reason. My test was super faint on day 12 and that was on FRER (the most sensitive test there is, you can see my test lines in a previous post), this could have easily shown negative on a different test (sadly I miscarried) but in short I think if your OTD is an early one it could change. My friend has a negative 11dp5dt and positive on 14.....she has a little girl now. Good luck.xx
