hi all I am going for my embryo transfer soon in 3/4 weeks time . Please guide which optibac is best to take. From where can buy. Do I can start take it plz. My first transfer from first cycle was failed. Actually first cycle whole failed . Now already stressing a lot plz guide me . What I can do different 🙏

When did you start how many days before transfer

I started ages ago as I felt they would be probably a good thing for me anyway. I think they say usually a supplement takes 3 months to make an effect anyway.

As soon as possible, as Doodlebug23 says they take awhile to work so I never too early to start. I’ve been taking them maybe a year now
