I’ve been experiencing some dull aches in my ovary over the last few days. Occasionally I get sharp pains in my ovary, although I have always had this now and again.
It has been about a month since my ET which failed and I have had a bleed since. And I have already ovulated.
I spoke to my clinic and they said this sounds normal, but really I just wanted to seek out some reassurance to hear if any of yiu have experienced the same thing… it feels like my ovaries are just sort of really letting me know they are there. I get worried about ovarian torsion, but I imagine that you would really know if that happened?

As your clinic says this can happen and should settle down Make sure drinking plenty of clear fluids to help avoid constipation May be some trapped wind - lie on a flat surface and draw knees up , then gently roll from side to side Take it easy Should pain increase get back in touch with clinic /GP
I am having the same thing! After my 3rd ET I was feeling some pain in my right ovary, had chemical pregnancy, before next ET during the scan they didn't see anything abnormal there but each month I still have some dull sometimes stabbing pain (not too extreme). I don't know what it is but it also carries pain down to my tight when ovulating. Take care xx
I also had mild ovarian pain/discomfort following my failed cycle which started post-ovulation if I remember correctly. I got worried thinking it was a cyst or something else so asked the clinic to a scan! It was nothing in the end a part from some ‘bruising’ in the area likely from the EC which I was still recovering from. The consultant checked everything and reassured me I was Ok - the pain disappeared shortly after
