Preparing for frozen transfer Wednesday next week 🤞🏼 I start cyclogest am & pm from today and also lubion injections, what time of day is best for the lubion? I was thinking mid-day but difficult with work etc. Did anybody else just do it in the evening alongside there evening cyclogest? Or is it best spaced out over the day? I will also be on blood thinning injections from transfer so will need to time these into my day too.
I am having intralipids, first infusion tomorrow and still unsure on steroids from transfer day or not? Any advice will be greatly appreciated! X

Hi, I take the lubion in the morning as find that suits my day best - get it out of the way and then I don't need to worry about carrying injections if I'm out and about. I don't think it matters when as long as you take it at the same time every day.
I was on one then two lubions a day, plus pessaries. My clinic wasn't bothered about the time of day I did them and I just ended up doing them when I could, which was roughly first thing and last thing.
My fertility Dr who did my transfer advised me to to do my clexane and lubion injections at the same time in the evening as it's easier. But was advised I must stick to the timings daily. I was on cyclogest three times a day, spread out. 9am, 3pm & 9pm. Fortunately I work from home so the afternoon pessary wasn't an issue.
