Best time to take lubion when taking cyclogest am and pm & success stories when taking a combination of these for FET :)

Hi everyone I was just wondering what time people took their lubion injections when taking cyclogest first thing in the morning and last thing at night. For my previous FET I only had lubion every 3 days (as well as cyclogest twice daily) and took it in the evening but will have it every day for my next FET and just wondered what the optimum time might be? and to hear any success stories when it was added in daily. I will be speaking to my clinic but was hoping to hear about the experiences of others too xxx

Hi l2213,

I’m also on a FET and on two cyclogest plus 1 Lubion a day.

Clinic asked me to do the cyclogest morning and evening and the Lubion at lunchtime. Hope that helps!x

Thanks for sharing that’s really helpful, I did wonder whether spreading it out and having it at lunch time would be a good idea. Wishing you all the best with your FET xxx

I did my lubion in the evening alongside my evening pessary. For me it was just less faffing around in the morning.xx

Thanks for replying Cinderella, this is what I did last time but wasn’t sure if I’d get a better level spreading out the doses - did you have your progesterone checked at different times after your FET? I know you mentioned previously you’d had it tested before transfer and they were happy with it. My clinic won’t entertain testing my progesterone at all despite me pushing for it but have upped the injections to daily for my next round, just hoping this will be enough. Good luck with your next round keeping everything crossed for you xxx

I had mine tested before tranfser. My clinic said that there was no need to test again thereafter as my levels were satisfactory.xx
