I am on my third round of FET, third time with a diff clinic. They have advised me to start Lubion 8am and 8pm and cyclogest 8am, 2pm and 8pm. I have only just realised I didn’t take the 8pm dose of Lubion for the past three days. It was an oversight as I didn’t realise I now have to take an additional pm dose of lubion. I’ve been taking all other does correctly but just missed the last three evening doses of lubion. I am worried now, as I have my transfer on Monday.
Does it matter ? I have realised tonight so I’ve started to take the evening dose, will this affect my transfer ?
Please reply to me as I’m stressing.

Hi lovely, that is a hard question to answer here as it really depends on your individual circumstances and why they have prescribed the additional dose. Can you contact the clinic they would be the best people to ask? Its done now and it may not matter so try not to stress as that won't help going into a transfer. Wishing you all the best xx
Thank you both kitkat10 and vassi for replying. I called out of hours the person I spoke to didn’t same hugely phased but said they will do a blood test before transfer to see what my progesterone levels are. I am really annoyed at myself as I thought I had it all under control. I had alarms on for the pessary three times a day. I had an alarm do the progynova tabs and alarm for the enoxaparin. How the hell did I miss three doses of evening Lubion !!!!
The person I spoke to said if I had been taking cyclogest three times a day and one dose of Lubion it was ok. Still can’t help but worry.
I'm glad you got an answer and the blood test will be reassuring. I have a million alarms going too its easy to miss. Don't worry you got this. I'm having my fet on Monday too , good luck 🙏
Omg are you. Good luck to you too. I am feeling super nervous. It’s my third round :(. My stomach feels so sore with the lubion injections and enoxaparin. Which clinic are you with, if you don’t mind me asking ?
hi, your clinic should answer the phone at weekends too so if not already done so, I would give them a quick call tomorrow and see what they advise. I suspect it will be fine but as Vassi said, it’s very individual, so best to check and then whatever happens, you will be in the best place for your transfer. Good luck, I know it’s a stressful process, try not to worry and let the clinic guide you. Good luck x
you’ve got lots of progesterone already but just start taking the extra dose now ahead of transfer and stick religiously to it from now on. Some people have progesterone increased along the way, you can’t turn back time so dont beat yourself up 🤗 it’s easy done! Tell your clinic when you get a hold of them of course! Good luck for transfer xx
I am confident for you it is ok, some clinics would have increased progesterone on the day of the transfer only. You took the three pessaires daily so your levels will be fine.
Your levels will hopefully be fine with the three Cyclogest and one Lubion. As others have said, take the two Lubion consistently from now. Also, try not to dwell on this; keep thinking positive thoughts 🩷🤗✨
