Lubion dosage

Hi all, I am about to start my second cycle of IVF. On my failed first cycle I bled 9 days after transfer despite being on 2 cyclogest a day. My consultant has said I will now have the same dosage of cyclogest but also have Lubion twice a week, I don’t know what dosage yet as not picked up the drugs.

Has anyone heard of having it only twice a week? Everything I have read says that it should be injected daily?!

I'm on cyclogest 800mg per day and I lubion 25 every 2nd day. I had my levels done and it's perfect for me...around 70nmol/l. My levels were rubbish before and I had a spontaneous loss. Best of luck.xx

They haven’t even checked my levels or offered to, just guessed that this this will be ok. I’m not very happy with it x

Not checking is not cool! Demand checking. It’s your body! I’m a big advocate for asking.

I have 1 cyclogest a day at night and 1 lubion in the morning x I guess we all just need different levels of support x

Hi

Everyone is different.

My first cycle I had 2’cyclogest In morning and evening. Second cycle the same and got put into lubion after 2 days of transfer and started having cramps and spotting. This cycle I am again on cyclogest morning and evening but also on lubion daily before transfer on Tuesday 😬

My clinic flatly refused to test my levels, despite me asking/ begging but I was on it daily xx

Initially NHS, but then had a private cycle at the same clinic and was the same situation xx

I asked about extra progesterone after reading some posts on here, have bled at least 1 day before test day in previous 3 transfers. I am on 2 cyclogest and 1 lubion a day since retrieval. They said no point in testing levels as there is no ideal level to be at, varies for everyone but no hen in trying extra prog. And I am paying on nhs
