Vitamin E

Hi ladies im just after some advice, I'm currently taking progynova 2mgx3 daily in preparation for FET on 27th February. I've heard about taking a supplement of vitamin E to help with uterine lining......so I bought some from the health food shop today - the assistant has advised it can make u feel ill so to work up to a high dose. Do u think starting on 100 will be any good or am I wasting my time?!! And what else can I do.....also what is the optimal lining thickness??

My clinic like the lining over 9mm but some will go for over 7mm so it does vary but thicker is more desired! I felt that vitamin e helped me. I took the high dose 800iu from Superdrug. I didn't have any side effects but everyone is different!! Keep your feet and abdomen warm. Drink pomegranate juice. Best of luck xx

Hi I've been taking vitamin e to help egg quality. Been taking two Holland & Barrett E-400 Iu capsules and have had no side effects.

Thank you. I bought the 100 ones from Holland and Barrett think I'll start off with 1 tomoz and work up gradually x
